The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer; "(i) Issue pass an order or direction to the opposite party no. 1 to expeditiously decide the Case No. 1545/2022 (CNR No. UPLKO60020442022), Sri Jagdish Ram Gupta & Others Versus Ram Chanaran, pending before the Court of Civil Judge (JD), Lucknow/opposite party no. 1." 3. The submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that no written statement has been filed despite the opposite party has put in appearance. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application under Order 8 Rule 10. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
