Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2025 had been received by the first respondent herein on 21.01.2025, this Court is of the view that a direction can be given to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2025 in a time bound manner. In such view of the matter, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 3. In fine, the Writ Petition stands allowed and there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
