Taking into consideration that this petition was filed before this court on 10.1.2025, the period from 10.1.2025 till date shall be excluded for the purpose of computing the period of limitation, in the event the petitioner approaches the Debts Recovery Tribunal challenging the sale notice dated 10.12.2024. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application stands closed.
