Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Teacher at Govt. Gramya Bharti College, the respondents are not making payment of salary to the petitioner inspite of repeated requests. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondents’ authorities are waiting for DMF fund from which the salary of the petitioner has to be paid. He further submits, on instructions, that within a period of one month, the salary of the petitioner will be released. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the writ petition. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent/State, the respondents’ authorities are directed to release the salary of the petitioner from the month of April, 2023 to till date, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
