By the instant petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue writ or direction in the nature of certiorari for calling the record and quashing the impugned order dated 03.09.2024 so far it is relates to the recovery (contained as Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition) passed by the respondent no. 4. (ii) Issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus by directing to the respondents to pay the recovered amount which has been recovered from the petitioner by the respondents under the garb of the impugned orders with interest.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue as raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 05.08.2024 in bunch of Special Appeals, the leading one is Special Appeal No. 60 of 2024. 4. Mr. Lalit Samant, learned counsel for the respondents have not disputed this fact that the issue as raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by Division Bench. 5. In view of the submission as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, the 2025:UHC:559 writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by the Division Bench dated 05.08.2024 in bunch of Special Appeals, the leading one is Special Appeal No. 60 of 2024.
