The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalaya, Tehsil Sandila, District Hardoi to expedite the proceedings and decide application dated 18.09.2021 registered as R.M. No. 39 of 2023, Santosh Kumar and others Vs. Jagdish Prasad and other within such time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
