Petitioner's grievance is that E-filing system at the Information Commission Office suffers from various technical glitches and the applications / appeals cannot be filed within a reasonable time and the server offen craches, though the Information Commission denies the allegation orally. We direct the Opposite Party No.2 to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that the E-filing system functions efficiently. If there are technical glitches, they are remedied at the earliest and if any complaint is received from any person about not being able to file an application or appeal online on account of technical glitches not attributable to the said applicant / appellant then the Commissioner should make some alternative arrangement so that the filing of such application or appeal does not get unnecessary delayed, unless such provision is already there in which case the petitioner may avail the said provision. The petitioner be informed accordingly, if it is so. If the petitioner has any suggestion to make in this regard, he may do so in writing to the Opposite Party No.2, who may consider the same.
