The petitioner seeks limited relief of a direction to the second respondent to issue genuineness certificate. 3. According to the petitioner, his registration, dated 11.09.2024, has been put on hold for want of genuineness certificate and also for want of guideline value being determined for the purpose of payment of stamp duty and registration fee. 4. The second respondent is, therefore, directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.01.2025, and issue genuineness certificate, if the petitioner is entitled thereto, and also fix the guideline value for the subject property being transferred under the settlement deed, which has been presented for registration.
