Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the opposite parties to give approval for opening paddy purchase centre at Bahuuddeshiya Prathmik Gramin Sahkari Samiti Limited Rajpur, Block Pratappur, Kamaicha, Tehsil Lambhua, District Sultanpur under MSP Scheme for the year 2024-25 as per Government Order dated 24.07.2024. However, learned Standing Counsel says that although 45 purchase centres were proposed to be opened, 60 of them have been opened i.e. in excess of what was proposed. Moreover, he says that the last date for opening of paddy purchase centre was 30.11.2024. In view of the aforesaid, we see no reason to interfere in the writ petition as the time limit has already expired and sufÏcient number of paddy purchase centres have already been opened.
