Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam and Mr. D. Gogoi, learned Amicus Curiae for the respondent No.2. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Special Case No.587/2024, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge- Cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Dhubri. 3. The case involves an allegation of sexual assault upon a 14 year old girl. Charge framed, 4(four) witnesses are examined till now. 4. This Court is of the opinion that the trial is going on smoothly and expeditiously, allowing the petitioner to go on bail might hamper in the disposal of the case before the Trial Court, 5. Therefore, at this stage, this bail application is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
