The petitioner is presently working as Deputy Para Medical Officer and next promotion post is Para Medical Officer. The respondents have prepared seniority list of Deputy Para Medical Officers in Zone IV, Kadapa, as on 25.02.2023, as per which, the petitioner stands at serial No.3. However, without considering the seniority of the petitioner, persons having less seniority than the petitioner came to be considered. The petitioner has submitted representation dated 07.11.2024, to the 2"^ respondent, requesting to consider his case, as the persons below him came to be V. considered. However, the same is pending and no orders are passed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would to direct the 2""^ respondent to consider and on petitioner’s representation dated 07.11.2024. suffice pass appropriate orders 5.
