Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide expeditiously the Execution (Izra) No. 02 of 2003 (Saraswati Devi and others Versus Raghupati Prasad Verma and others) pending before it since 2003 within some stipulated time." 3. Considering the fact that the matter is pending since 2003, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending matter with all expedition, preferably within a period of One year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
