Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent Police, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.39 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 against the petitioner. 3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 4.
