Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants Swami Nath, Lokai Sonkar, Ajay Kumar and Ram Dayal praying for staying the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 6338 of 2021 under Sections 323, 420, 504, 506 IPC, police station Kotwali Nagar, District Balrampur pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. 4. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicants move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
