K M KRISHNA REDDY The Court made the following: The above contempt case is filed complaining of violation of order dated 27.04.2022 in W.P.No.11784 of 2022. 2. The above writ petition is filed complaining non-consideration of application No.TTA012100067901 dated 06.04.2021 and the same was disposed of directing the District Collector, Satyasai District, to dispose of the said application within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Since the said order is not complied with, the above contempt case is filed. 3. Today, when the matter is listed, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pending the contempt case, a speaking order was passed by the respondent vide R.Dis.No.Land-3/e-19778/2023 dated 15.02.2025 and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 16.02.2025. The same is endorsed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Since a speaking order was passed on 15.02.2025, though some delay occurred, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondent did not commit any contempt by not implementing the order dated 27.04.2022 in W.P.No.11784 of 2022. 5. Therefore, this contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order passed by the respondent vide R.Dis.No.Land- 3/e-19778/2023 dated 15.02.2025. No costs.
