The petitioner alleges construction of 'Kuda Ghar' near his residential house constructed on patta land. However, the Gaon Sabha counsel says that 'Kuda ghar' is being constructed about 300 metres away from Abadi and once this construction started just to stall it, the petitioner has constructed a thatched room nearby so as to make out a case. He has placed before us certain photographs. The matter may be sorted out by the concerned authorities or the Gram Pradhan Let the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned look into the matter and do the needful. The writ petition is disposed of.
