Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that certain sections have been added during course of investigation. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the said sections also. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
