Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Room No. 22, pratapgarh to expedite the hearing of pending Regular Suit No. 695/2005, Vipin Kumar Versus Amarpal Singh and others, expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2005, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
