The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) ISSUE, a writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties concerned i.e.- Opposite party no.2/District10 Magistrate Hardoi to proceed against the opposite party no.4 i.e. village Pradhan Gram Panchyat Benipur, Block Biswan Tahsil Biswan, District Sitapur and other involved person under provision of Uttar Pradesh Panchyat Raj Act. (ii) ISSUE, a writ or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties concerned i.e.- Opposite party no.2/District Magistrate Hardoi to decide the representation dated 19/20.09.2024 of petitioner within stipulated period as deem fit and proper fixed by this Hon'ble Court contained in annexure no.7 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the inquiry is under way. 4. In view thereof, no further orders are required. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
