Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that father of the petitioner who was working on the post of Senior Assistant in Vikas Khand Baba Bhelkhar Nath Dham, District Pratapgarh died on 08.02.2024 in harness leaving behind the petitioner, Rekha his widow and Pooja married daughter. Accordingly, the petitioner is fully dependent upon him. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.03.2024 which has been forwarded by the Block Development Officer, District Pratapgarh to District Development Officer, Pragapgarh before whom the matter is pending. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2024 as forwarded by the Block Development Officer to him expeditiously. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute to the aforesaid request made by learned counsel for petitioner. 6. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, the writ petition, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4/ District Development Officer, Pragapgarh to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2024 as forwarded by the Block Development Officer to him in accordance with law expeditiously, say, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
