There is a delay of 539 days in approaching this Court by way of filing the present review petition bearing RP No. 59/2025, whereby the review petitioner is seeking review, recall, modification and/or clarification of the order dated 20th December, 2023. 02. Although, the delay in approaching the Court is not sufficiently explained, yet this Court is of the opinion that, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and in the larger interest of justice, as also to remove any ambiguity regarding the scope of the order dated 20th December, 2023, the delay deserves to be condoned. This Court has permitted the review petitioner herein to pursue the execution proceedings to the extent of computation error as also for any sum that has remained payable under the decree. 06.
