The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i) issue order or direction commanding the opposite party no.1 to decide the regular suit no.251/1997 is pending in the court of Id. Civil Judge (J.D.) South Lucknow i.e pending before opposite party no. 1 case styled as Abdul Hamid and others vs Abdul Haleem and others expeditiously in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 1997, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
