Dhar, learned Standing Counsel, Handloom & Textile, Department. This interlocutory application has been filed praying for certain corrections in the cause title in WP(C) No.820/2023. In the writ petition the following names are shown as respondents: 1. The State of Assam, Represented by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Social Welfare Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06. 2. The Director, Social Welfare, Assam, Uzan Bazar, Guwahati-01, Assam. 3. The Commissioner & Secretary, Handloom & Textiles Department, Government of Assam, Dispur, Guwahati-06. 4. The Director, Handloom and Textiles, Assam Ambari, Guwahati- Page No.# 3/3 781001. Now an interlocutory application has been filed praying that the respondent No.2 is required to be struck off and in his place the Director, Social Justice and Empowerment, Assam and the Director, Women and Child Development, Assam, Uzan Bazar, Guwahati-1 are required to be arrayed as respondent No.4 and 5. The prayer made is not objected by the learned counsel for the respondents. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and the Director, Social Justice and Empowerment, Assam and the Director, Women and Child Development, Assam, Uzan Bazar, Guwahati-1 are permitted to be arrayed as respondent Nos. 4 and 5 respectively. The petitioner is permitted to re-arrange the respondents accordingly in the cause title of the writ petition. The interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of and allowed.
