When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the police, Amalapuram Town Police Station, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District, have completed the investigation in Crime No.40 of 2025 and filed a charge sheet. 2. Recording the same, the criminal petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so aggrieved. 3.
