Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge Pravar Khand, Room No. 15, Sultanpur to decide the application for temporary injunction 5ga2 in Original Suit No. 661 of 2021, Kamrunnisa and others Versus Safe Ulla and others in suitable period in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
