This petition has been filed with the following main prayers ; "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.12.2024 lodged by opposite party no.3, which was registered as F.I.R. No.0514 of 2024, Case Crime No.0514 of 2024, under Sections 127(2), 336(4), 351(3), 87 of B.N.S. at Police Station Masauli, District Barabanki." Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, says that Section 376 Cr.P.C. has been added during the investigation being carried out by the Investigating OfÏcer. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
