This petition is preferred against transfer order dated 22.12.2022 (Annexure P1) issued by concerned respondent authorities. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash impugned rejection order P/1 and transfer order dated P/2 in respect of the petitioner in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 3. Vide order dated 22.03.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and the transfer order dated 22.12.2022 was stayed by this Court. 3 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at her original place of posting, as such the impugned transfer order, by the afflux of time, has lost its efficacy and as such the transfer order is required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge (Annexure P1) is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
