The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "a. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to the Opposite Party No.2 to issue the Arms License in favour of the petitioner. b. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to the Opposite Party No.2 to decide the application for the Arms License of the petitioner with in a stipulated time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner for the Arms License within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
