Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:6266-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 696 of 2025 Petitioner :- Natthu @ Natthu Lal Saroj Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- S.P. Singh Somvanshi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. The petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus to the opp. parties, especially opp. party Nos. 2 and 3, i.e. District Magistrate, Pratapgarh and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kunda, Pratapgarh, respectively, to cancel the forged sale-deed dated 10.07.2015 registered in Jild No. 01, Khand-3590 page-395 to 424, executed by the Deputy Registrar, Kunda, Pratapgarh, and also that action be taken against the respondent No. 5 and her husband for executing the forged sale-deed without permission to the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh. We are amazed that such a writ petition could be filed by the
learned counsel under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Remedy, if at all, would be to initiate proceedings for cancellation of the sale-deed before the competent court. With these observations, this petition is dismissed. (Brij Raj Singh, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
