Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a direction to the opposite party no. 1, Civil Judge (J.D.) II,m Faizabad to decide the O.S. No. 217 of 2009 (Bhulai Versus Shakuntala & others) pending since 25.04.2009, expeditiously within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2009, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of One year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
