Learned counsel for opposite parties submit that the petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time since the academic session 2023-24 has already come to an end. 4. In view of such submission and in terms of prayer so made, it is evident that the academic session 2023-24 has already come to an end, the petition therefore is dismissed as infructuous.
