By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is presently working as Teacher (LB) posted in a Middle School, Mathuradih seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioner for her transfer from Dhamtari to Durg as the husband of the petitioner is working as Teacher in the Govt. Middle School, Hiretara, Block Dhamdha, District Durg. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is requested for posting of husband and wife at the same place pursuance to the circular dated 29/05/1995 issued by the General Administration Department, State Government, however, the respondent authorities are not considering the same and the grievance raised by the petitioner is not being remedied. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the representation which has been annexed with the writ petition is of the year of 2012 and the same has been addressed to the Directorate of Panchayat. Presently the petitioner is working under the School Education Department and it is for the School Education Department to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 3 / 3 5. It is not in dispute that the petitioner and her husband both are working under the School Education Department whereas the petitioner is posted at District Dhamtari and her husband is posted at District Durg. 6. In view of the above, the petitioner alongwith her husband is directed to approach before the Secretary, School Education Department by filing a fresh representation raising their grievance. In the event of filing of such a representation, the Secretary, School Education Department, Raipur is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and as per the existing transfer policy of the State Government, within a period of 90 days from the date of filing of such a representation. 7.
