Mr. R Dhar, learned counsel for the review petitioners submits that he has got no objection to the prayer made by the applicant. 3. In view of the fact that the review petitioners have taken a stand that the writ petitioner/applicant is entitled to Rs. 7 lakhs gratuity, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. 4. The Registry is to release Rs. 3 lakhs deposited by the review petitioners to the applicant/writ petitioner, on proper identification. 5. Interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of. 6. In view of the deposit of Rs. 3 lakhs by the review petitioners and keeping in view the directions passed in the order dated 03.03.2025 in MC 72/2024, the Review Petition No. 138/2022 is restored to file. 7.
