Lucknow, expeditiously within stipulated period." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the stay application filed in the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
