Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge
ORDER 07.11.2025
This is an application filed by the legal representatives of late Shri. Om Parkash, the original petitioner, seeking clarification of order dated 29-09-2025 to the effect that names of the applicants, who happen to be the legal heirs of deceased Om Parkash, be mentioned as petitioners.
It has been submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition original petitioner Om Parkash had died and vide application bearing CM No. 6474/2021 his legal heirs were sought to be brought on record. It seems that the said application was allowed by this Court in terms of
order dated 14-09-2022 and the applicants were directed to place on record amended memo of parties. It appears that despite substitution of legal heirs of deceased petitioner, the title of the petition in order dated 29-09-2025 has been reflected as Om Parkash vs UT of JK and Ors. The same, therefore, deserves to be corrected.
For the reasons stated hereinbefore, it is directed that the title of the case as reflected in order dated 29-09-2025 may be read as Om Parkash through legal heirs vs UT of JK and Ors and the Registry while issuing certified true copy of the said order along with the copy of order, shall issue the certified copy of the amended memo of parties, as part of the
order.
The instant application stands disposed of.
