Challenging the proposals of the respondents to assign house site plots in respect of the lands situated in Sy.No.973-2 of Nallajerla West Godavari District, which was classified as ‘Bandi IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH [3458] THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KIRANMAYEE MANDAVA ...PETITIONER ...RESPONDENT(S) the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned proposals of the respondents to assign house 2 of Nallajerla West Godavari District, which was classified as ‘Bandi 2 Daari (cart track)’ by changing the classification as ‘Grama Kantam’, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed a copy of instructions, dated 05.02.2025 received by him from the Tahsildar in the case. A perusal of the same would reveal that the Tahsildar has acquired the alternate land in the same Village for issuance of house site pattas ‘Status-Quo’ is being maintained with respect to the subject land as directed by this Court. 4. The said instructions of the Tahsildar are placed on record. 5. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner that ‘Bandi Daari (cart track)’ which was used for communal purposes, was proposed for assignment is resolved. 6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
