Pole KR-2/A-6 to 76/111-46-2-2- 2 at Ganesh Nagar-2 in 34th ward above (02) works was sanction under Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam (GGMP), total pending bills amount of Rs.23,06,582/- is due for above (02) works was sanction under Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam (GGMP) Grant in Kurnool Municipal Corporation through the Agreements ,as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities to release the pending bills total amount of Rs.23,06,582/- with interest at 18 percent for the pending bills forthwith for the above said works executed by the petitioner and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct respondents to consider for pending bills of Rs.23,06,582/- with interest @ 18 % for the works executed by the petitioner for the various works under Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam (GGMP) Grant, in Kurnool Municipal Corporation through the Agreements forthwith, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 The Court made the following Order: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed the work under GGMP scheme in Kurnool Municipal Corporation through agreements and submitted final bills. Though the work was completed, the payments were not made. Aggrieved by non-payment of the amounts, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for the respondents 1, 4 and 5, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, for the respondents 2 and 3 and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 6 to 8. 3. Considering the submissions, the respondents 2 to 4 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
