The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opp. parties no. 3 to take the decision on the representation dated 21-12-2024 moved by the petitioners for evection of the illegal encroachment bearing Gata No. 149 measuring area 0.0740 Hect., Gata No.180 measuring area 0.0130 hectare recorded as Naveen Parti and Gata No. 179 measuring area 0.0760 hectare recorded as Banjar situated at Village Sujanpur, Tehsil-Gauriganj, District-Amethi, in revenue records, which is contained as Annexure No. 6 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3.
