This is an application filed by the petitioner for restoration of the present writ petition. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondent- Municipality states that he has no objection if the present writ petition is restored to its original position. 4. Despite service none appears for the other respondents. 5. For the reasons stated in the application and on the basis of the concession made by the learned Counsel for the respondent-municipality, the present application is allowed, and the writ petition is restored to its original position. 6.
