Present petition has been for the following main prayer:- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus or likewise commanding the respondents to consider the accommodation of kerosene oil retailers into fair price shop in pursuance of the Government Order dated 26.03.2018." 2. Counsel for petitioner argues that an application for conversion of dealership from a kerosene oil retailers into a fair price shop is pending and direction may be issued for considering the same. 3. Considering the limited prayer, present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file fresh representation before the S.D.M. concerned, who shall pass an order on the said application in accordance with the law within a period of three months. 4.
