Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents authority to doing demarcation of Gata No. 2304K area 0.0320 hectare which is situated at Village Alipur Kheda, Tehsil Bhogaon, District Mainpuri. (B) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents authority to decide the letter dated 19.03.2024 and 21.12.2024 which is pending in the office of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bhogaon, District Mainpuri for disposal till date. (C) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents authority to restrain the respondent Nos. 5 to 9 to not interfere peaceful possession of the petitioner or dispossess the respondent Nos. 5 to 9 to the petitioner land Gata No. 2304K area 0.0320 hectare which is situated at Village Alipur Kheda, Tehsil Bhogaon, District Mainpuri." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application for demarcation of the land has been filed by the petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that application of the petitioner is not in accordance with Rules and not in a proper format. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would apply in accordance with Rules and in proper format for demarcation of the land. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply for demarcation of the land in accordance with U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In the event such an application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned, expeditiously preferably within three months.
