By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 4 to 6 submits that already the period of the festival was over and the prayer is only for conducting the Mahakumbabhisekam Festival, dated 02.02.2025. Therefore, this petition become infructuous. 4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that already peace committee meeting was conducted and the matter has been not settled. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though Mahakumbabhisekam was performed on 02.02.2025, still some other festivals are going for another 10 days. Therefore, prays to give direction to the respondents not to disturb the petitioner in participating the Temple festival. Since there is a rival claim between the parties in respect of rights over the Temple, the parties can approach the civil Court to establish their rights. Since the prayer sought for in the writ petition is limited and the said time was already over, no further order is required in this case, however, the petitioner can participate in the Temple festivals without creating any law and order problem. 6. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
