Impugned order dated 19.9.2022 is reproduced hereinafter: " उपररर्ሹ वविषरक अपनने पततኋ᭖क ए०कने ० / पददो्ቐत/230 /2019-20 वदनतኋ᭖क 19.02.2020 कत सन्दरर ्ቇहण करनने कत क्ቖ करर जजिसकने दतरत शቦኍ कमल जसኋ᭖ह रददौरररत पररचतरक अकबरपरर इण्टर कतलनेजि अकबरपरर , कतनपरर दनेहतत कने जलवपक पद पर पददो्ቐवत वकरने जितनने कने सम्बन्ध मर उपलब्ध करतरቦኍ गरቦኍ थቦኍ। उ्ሹ कने सम्बन्ध मर आपकदो अविगत करतनत हहै वक शቦኍ कमल जसኋ᭖ह रददौरररत पररचतरक दतरत जलवपक पद पर पददो्ቐवत हनेतर वनधतरररत अहरतत पपूणर न हदोनने कने कतरण उ्ሹ पततविलቦኍ मपूलरूप सने ्ቚत्रतविवतरत ककी जिततቦኍ हहै।" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order was not served upon the petitioner, therefore, he had no knowledge about it till he obtained it under the Right to Information Act in the year 2025 and thereafter this writ petition has been filed mainly on a ground that no reason has been assigned in the impugned order, as to why the petitioner was declared ineligible for promotion. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that he has no specific instructions about the above referred order. 5. Learned Standing Counsel fairly submitted that legal impediment if any, will be communicated to the petitioner within a short period. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/direction that reason be communicated to the petitioner as to why he is not qualified for promotion within a short period since it is settled law that reasons must be accompanied so that the affected party is made aware about it.
