State and others). The records show that the writ Court vide interim order dated December 18, 2013 had required the respondent-Authorities to consider the pending representation submitted by the petitioner. The Bench Secretary was asked to check the status of main case, if the same was still pending. And, it transpires that, in fact, the said petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on February 05, 2018, and the interim direction was vacated. That being so, the petition at hand is disposed of as infructuous.
