The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 512 of 2019 (State vs. Sanjay Singh), arising out of Case Crime No. 171 of 2018, under Sections 406, 506, 419, 420 IPC, P.S. Maduadeeh, District Varanasi, whereby Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the Supreme Court has directed the applicant to appear before the court concerned. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
