Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. Earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing an application no. 190 of 2024, which was disposed of vide order dated 02.05.2024. In terms of the said order, an application was filed and the appellate Court held that the case for earlier hearing was made out, however the matter is not being decided. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to conclude and decide the appeal in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months.
