Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandanus commanding the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to take appropriate action for removal of illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no. 5 over the public utility land of Ponds (Gata /Khasra no. 375 area 0.2150 hectare, 376 Area 0.2400 hectare and Gata/ Khasra No. 146 area 0.0890 hectare) of Khata no. 00156 along with Barn/Khalihan Gata/ Khasra No. 371 total area 0.0160 of Khata no. 00219 situated in the Revenue Village:-Meerpur Mansha, Tehsil- Akbarpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar, within a short reasonable period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings have already been initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which are still pending. It is also stated that even the petitioner is in illegal occupation and the proceedings have also initiated against him. 4. Considering the said statement, it is directed that the proceedings initiated shall be concluded with all expedition in accordance with law preferably within a period of 90 days. 5.
