Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.PC. has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No. 19 of 2023, under Sections 354A,504,506 I.P.C. & Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, P.S. Learned counsel for the applicant has failed to satisfactorily substantiate that the applicant would not tamper the evidences and would not threaten the witnesses. Apprehension of arrest has also been denied. Considering the complicity of the accused-applicant and looking into the gravity of nature of offence, this Court does not find any good ground to intervene in this matter. The anticipatory bail application of the applicant, Ibrar Khan @ Ibrar Ali is hereby rejected.
