By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Presiding Authority, Tehsildar, Tehsil Gadarpur, Udham Singh Nagar to take on record Misc. Application filed along with affidavit and documents filed in Mutation Case No. 30/1115 of Year 2015 “Rajendra Kumar Vs. Champa Devi”. (Annexure No. 5) 5. Learned State Counsel submits that in the entire petition, the date, when petitioner presented the application along with documents before Tehsildar, is not indicated. He, however, submits that if petitioner moves application, the same shall be entertained, as per law. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Tehsildar, Gadarpur to take on record application to be filed by petitioner, as per law.
