(Oral) Careful perusal of reply filed by the respondents reveals that respondents pursuant to mandate contained in the judgment dated 3.6.2015, passed by the erstwhile Tribunal in OA No. 1203 of 2015, considered case of the petitioner in light of judgment dated 21.11.2014, passed in CWP No. 5400 of 2014, Veena Devi v. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Anr., but rejected the same on the ground that petitioner is not similarly situate to the petitioner in the afore case. Since there was only direction to consider the case of the petitioner and 2 respondents after having considered his case, have rejected his representation, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of the judgment sought to be executed.
